1 Definisi

2 Ketentuan Umum

• a. Pengguna wajib memberikan data yang benar dan sah.
• b. Pengguna bertanggung jawab atas seluruh aktivitas yang dilakukan melalui akunnya.
• c. Pengguna wajib menjaga kerahasiaan atas data akun yang dimilikinya.
• d. Penggunaan aplikasi wajib mematuhi seluruh peraturan dan/atau kebijakan Universitas Diponegoro dan hukum yang berlaku di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

3 Pemesanan dan Penggunaan Aset

• a. Pemesanan pemanfaatan aset dilakukan melalui aplikasi dan tunduk pada ketersediaan pada saat pemesanan.
• b. Ketentuan pemanfaatan (jangka waktu, tarif, dan spesifikasi) ditetapkan dalam dokumen pemesanan atau perjanjian sewa.
• c. Aset wajib digunakan sesuai fungsi dan ketentuan Universitas Diponegoro.

4 Pembayaran

• a. Pembayaran dilakukan sesuai tagihan yang diterbitkan oleh Aplikasi.
• b. Pembayaran dapat dilakukan secara penuh atau termin sesuai persetujuan dan kesepakatan.
• c. Status pembayaran akan diperbarui berdasarkan realisasi pembayaran.
• d. Kuitansi diterbitkan setelah pembayaran diterima dan diverifikasi.

5 Pajak dan Administrasi

• a. Pengenaan PPN dan/atau PPh mengikuti ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
• b. Biaya administrasi lain (jika ada) diinformasikan secara transparan.

6 Tanggung Jawab Pengguna

• a. Pengguna bertanggung jawab atas kerusakan, kehilangan, atau penyalahgunaan aset selama masa sewa.
• b. Pengguna wajib mengganti kerugian sesuai ketentuan Universitas Diponegoro apabila terjadi pelanggaran.
• c. Pengguna dilarang untuk menyewakan kembali aset yang telah disewa kepada pihak lain tanpa izin Universitas Diponegoro.
• d. Kesalahan dalam pengisian data pada aplikasi ini menjadi tanggungjawab pengguna seluruhnya.
• e. Penggunaan tidak sah atas data pihak lain oleh pengguna menjadi tanggung jawab pengguna seluruhnya
• f. Segala bentuk kesalahan dalam penggunaan aplikasi ini oleh Pengguna yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya pemanfaatan atas aset yang akan digunakan atau disewa menjadi tanggung jawab pengguna dan atas tidak tercapainya pemanfaatan atas aset tersebut tidak dapat diminta pengembalian dana.

7 Penangguhan dan Penghentian Layanan

Universitas Diponegoro berhak menangguhkan atau menghentikan akses Pengguna apabila terjadi pelanggaran terhadap Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.

8 Hukum yang Berlaku

Syarat dan Ketentuan ini diatur dan ditafsirkan berdasarkan hukum Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia serta peraturan dan/atau kebijakan Universitas Diponegoro.

9 Penyelesaian Sengketa

Sengketa diselesaikan terlebih dahulu melalui musyawarah. Apabila tidak tercapai, diselesaikan sesuai mekanisme hukum yang berlaku di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

2 General Provisions

• a. Users are required to provide correct and valid data.
• b. Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
• c. Users are required to maintain the confidentiality of their account data.
• d. Users of the application must comply with all regulations and/or policies of Diponegoro University and applicable laws in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

3 Asset Reservations and Use

• a. Asset use reservations are made through the application and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• b. Utilization conditions (period, rates, and specifications) are stipulated in the ordering document or rental agreement.
• c. Assets must be used in accordance with their functions and the provisions of Diponegoro University.

4 Payment

• a. Payment is made according to the invoice issued by the Application.
• b. Payment can be made in full or in installments according to the agreement and consensus.
• c. Payment status will be updated based on payment realization.
• d. Receipts are issued after payment is received and verified.

5 Taxes and Administration

• a. The imposition of VAT and/or Income Tax complies with the provisions of the laws and regulations applicable in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
• b. Other administrative fees (if any) are disclosed transparently.

6 User Responsibilities

• a. The user is responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of the asset during the rental period.
• b. The user is obliged to compensate for any losses in accordance with Diponegoro University's provisions in the event of a violation.
• c. The user is prohibited from subletting the leased asset to another party without Diponegoro University's permission.
• d. Any errors in entering data in this application are the user's sole responsibility.
• e. Any unauthorized use of another party's data by the user is the user's sole responsibility.
• f. Any errors in the user's use of this application that result in the failure to utilize the asset to be used or rented are the user's responsibility, and no refunds are required for such failure to utilize the asset.

7 Suspension and Termination of Services

Diponegoro University reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and the regulations and/or policies of Diponegoro University.

9 Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved primarily through deliberation. If no agreement is reached, they shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal mechanisms in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
